Job summary

Impact Food Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Regional Operations Director to lead performance across its educational catering footprint. You will drive commercial success, shape regional strategy, manage finances and client relationships, and develop team capability.

You will oversee turnover of £30m+, manage 6+ Operations Managers, and own labour productivity and tender targets while navigating a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Operations Director within educational catering or B&I.
• Experience leading a team of at least 6 Operations Managers.
• Proven track record developing and leading business strategy.
• Experience managing turnover of £30 million+

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial success in the region by improving all financial elements under control.
• Manage finances and hit targets across the region, including sales, COGS, labour, retention, and tenders for new sites.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Provide strategic direction and plan year-ahead activities with Operations Managers.
