Regional Operations Director – South Region (Transformational Leadership Opportunity)

Are you a driven, high-accountability Healthcare/Care Home leader who thrives in high-growth environments? Do you have a relentless focus on execution, a passion for operational excellence, and a gift for leading through change?

The Role.

As Regional Operations Director, you will take the reins of a dynamic and evolving region—one that’s poised for aggressive expansion and in need of a leader with vision, grit, and the ability to execute with precision. You’ll have full operational oversight across multiple sites, with a mandate to elevate performance, optimize systems, and build a culture of excellence and accountability.

This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up position for someone who knows how to build high-performing teams, drive operational transformation, and deliver exceptional outcomes—not just for the business, but for the people we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Leading and inspiring a team of local managers and frontline professionals across the South.

· Driving strategic operational initiatives to support ambitious growth goals.

· Building scalable systems and workflows to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

· Partnering with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and innovation.

· Cultivating a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.
