Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Regional Operations Officer to join the Housing Services team in North London. The role is hybrid, based at the Corsica Street office, with up to two days in the office each week and flexibility to work from home on other days.

You will prioritise monthly service and improvement reports and support regional business planning to translate Group priorities into local deliverables. Travel across the London region may be required for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance and service information to identify trends and issues for improvement in liaison with the Regional Leadership Team.
• Develop positive relationships with the regional team at all levels and with other teams.
• Utilise research skills to analyse, interpret and translate complex information into clear, meaningful formats; strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Travel across the local London region as required for training, meetings or away days.
