Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Education and Care (Level 6 preferred).
• Proven nursery management experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and OFSTED processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Support Nursery Managers and teams; step in when needed.
• Ensure high childcare and education standards.
• Promote strong financial performance across settings.
• Lead staff supervision and development plans.
• Drive local marketing to maintain high occupancy and engagement.
