Job summary

Storal is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to provide day-to-day cover across multiple nurseries in the Essex area. You will plan activities, observe progress, and support personal care for children while applying the Storal curriculum and engaging with families.

The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) and requires an Early Years Level 3 qualification, driving licence, and willingness to travel within the Winchester area.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3 is required.
• Experience across EYFS settings with all age groups.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car.
• Willingness to travel within the Winchester area.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day cover across multiple nurseries.
• Plan activities and observe progress for children.
• Support personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.
• Engage with families to support children's development.
