Job summary

Storal is seeking a Regional Support Nursery Manager in the South East/London area. The role offers variety and autonomy, with responsibility for supporting multiple nursery settings and driving improvements across OFSTED ratings.

You’ll travel between nurseries, bringing consistent leadership and best practices to help each setting achieve outstanding OFSTED outcomes. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on regional management across our nursery group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nursery/Senior Nursery Manager or similar.
• Willingness to travel to multiple nursery settings.
• Track record of contributing to OFSTED inspections.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different nursery settings to support operations.
• Help nurseries achieve outstanding OFSTED grading.
• Manage regional support duties and autonomy.

Regional Area: South East, London

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 including travel allowance

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
