About The Role:

The Crowd is working with a global, highly reputable architecture and design practice seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing London team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee quality control processes and risk assessments.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations, aligned with ISO standards and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and project teams to maintain effective communication.
• Conduct internal and external audits, liaise with H&S platforms to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and environmental practices.
