You will be a Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and substantial leadership in complex care, plus a full UK driving licence. Salary £60,000–£65,000, company car, generous leave, pension, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Significant experience in complex clinical care services.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a specialist nursing or clinical role.
• Experience managing safeguarding processes and clinical governance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Regional Nurse Manager (Complex Care) - Covering Mid & West Kent

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week plus additional hours to meet the needs of the business, (Office and Field Based)

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Nurse to join our Complex Care leadership team as a Regional Nurse Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse Leader ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Registered Manager and working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead and support our team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors while ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance and safeguarding across the region. You will maintain a small caseload of Clients.
