Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks a Network Engineer (EMEA & APAC) to maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise network infrastructure across regional data centers and branch offices within an ITIL-driven framework. You will resolve NetOps incidents and deliver SD-WAN and Cloud Security rollouts while guiding field engineers during deployments.

The role emphasizes remote leadership, network security, and proactive maintenance, with a strong focus on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in a regional NetOps or Network Engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT governance, compliance, and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the Level 1 Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Diagnose complex network performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and outages to maintain high availability.
• Lead remote staging, configuration, and provisioning of branch networking hardware.
• Provide remote technical leadership to field engineers during physical rack-and-stack, cabling, and patching phases.
• Implement network designs, and execute SD-WAN and SASE rollouts.
