Job summary

Rentokil Initial plc in the UK seeks a Network Engineer (EMEA & APAC) to maintain and secure enterprise network infrastructure across regional data centers and branch offices, blending NetOps incident resolution with network engineering projects such as SD-WAN migrations and SASE rollouts.

The role requires delivering remote deployments, guiding field engineers, and applying designs from Global Network Architecture teams, with ITIL governance and hands-on Cisco/Aruba/VMware NSX experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated regional NetOps or Network Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise SD-WAN deployments and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution & Tier-2/3 escalation for network issues.
• Lead remote staging, configuration, and provisioning of branch networking hardware.
• Implement network designs from Global Network Architecture teams for SD-WAN and SASE rollouts.
• Conduct patching, firmware updates and compliance checks across network gear.
• Monitor telemetry and capacity planning to prevent performance degradation.
