Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience in a regional NetOps or Network Engineering role.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT governance, compliance, and ITIL frameworks.
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+/ASCA certifications preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 1 NOC.
- Diagnose network performance issues and outages to maintain availability.
- Lead remote staging, configuration, and provisioning of branch networking hardware.
- Provide remote technical leadership during rack-and-stack, cabling, and patching.
- Implement SD-WAN and SASE architectures as directed by Global Network Architecture.
- Execute patching, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation across devices.
