Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Network Engineer (EMEA & APAC) to maintain and secure enterprise network infrastructure across regional data centers and branch offices. Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in a regional NetOps or Network Engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT governance, compliance, and ITIL frameworks.
• CCNA/CompTIA Network+/ASCA certifications preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 1 NOC.
• Diagnose network performance issues and outages to maintain availability.
• Lead remote staging, configuration, and provisioning of branch networking hardware.
• Provide remote technical leadership during rack-and-stack, cabling, and patching.
• Implement SD-WAN and SASE architectures as directed by Global Network Architecture.
• Execute patching, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation across devices.
