Job summary

JCW Energy Services, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Mobile Handyperson / Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer. The role is mobile across the region, with 40 hours per week and an hourly rate up to £16.00.

You will perform fabric and plumbing maintenance across client sites, including basic plumbing, electrical tasks, and compliance checks. A valid UK driving licence and plumbing qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Formal plumbing qualification and any other relevant qualifications for the role.
• Able to diagnose faults quickly.
• Experience at corporate/commercial locations in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps).
• Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.).
• Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances).
• Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc.).
