Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. You will visit sites, organise rotas, deliver inductions, train staff, and keep records while ensuring safety and service standards are maintained.

You will monitor site standards, assist audits, and deputise for the line manager as needed, while prioritising excellent customer service and adherence to COSHH and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or supervisory roles.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH.
• Full manual driving licence, held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites across the region, providing cover for annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas and cover, deliver inductions and training, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork, support audits, and report any issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, support frontline teams and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow all Sodexo health, safety and company procedures, including wearing PPE and completing daily vehicle checks.
