Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. The role operates Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.47 per hour.

You will visit sites, organise rotas, provide inductions, monitor standards, and cover for annual leave to maintain high hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate has cleaning or supervisory experience, a solid understanding of COSHH and safety regulations, and holds a full manual

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role within the service industry.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Full manual driving licence held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites across the region, providing cover for annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas and cover, deliver inductions and training, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork, support audits, and report any issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, support frontline teams and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow all Sodexo health, safety and company procedures, including wearing PPE and completing daily vehicle checks.
