Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. You will coordinate cover, train staff and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety while supporting colleagues and ensuring smooth site operations.

The role requires previous cleaning or supervisory experience, a solid grasp of health and safety (COSHH), and a full driving licence. A flexible schedule and commitment to excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role within the service industry.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Full manual driving licence with at least two years of holding and no more than three penalty points.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites across the region, covering annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas, deliver inductions and training, and maintain training records.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork; support audits and report issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow Sodexo health and safety procedures, wear PPE and perform daily vehicle checks.
