Job summary

Envisage Dental is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to grow patient demand and strengthen the local presence of our private dental clinics across the North region and beyond.

You will build trusted relationships with Clinic Managers, translate central marketing strategy into practical local activity, and manage local campaigns, reviews, local SEO, and partnerships to drive clinic growth and reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in local, field or regional marketing across a multi-site, consumer-facing business.
• Track record of growing local demand through campaigns, reviews and community activity.
• Hands-on experience with Google Business Profiles and local SEO.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver local marketing plans aligned to central strategy and clinic growth priorities.
• Identify opportunities from market insight and competitor analysis and prioritise support.
• Manage local marketing budget and demonstrate return by clinic and activity.
• Grow patient reviews and optimise Google profiles, local listings and clinic pages.
• Organise local events and partnerships to support priority treatments and recall activity.
• Track enquiries and conversions to improve patient journey across clinics.
