Job summary

Transoft Solutions Inc. in the United Kingdom invites an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional strategy and execution across EMEA and SAARC, balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaigns and events.

You will build a prioritized regional plan, align with Sales, manage a small team, monitor performance and ROI, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline required.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing with integrated campaigns.
• Experience aligning marketing plans with Sales objectives and wider commercial priorities.
• Strong leadership and people development experience.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Dynamics, Marketo).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a prioritized Regional Marketing Plan aligned with BU strategy and Sales targets.
• Lead prioritization of regional marketing activities to maximize impact.
• Lead and develop the regional marketing team, manage workload and performance.
• Coordinate Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing and external partners for consistent messaging.
• Oversee regional campaigns, content and communications across channels (email, social, paid media, marketing automation).
• Plan and manage regional events and training programs.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, PO processes and resource allocation.
• Monitor campaign and pipeline performance to improve lead generation and ROI.
• Ensure regional activities are scoped, tracked and reported with progress visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools and reporting.
