Job summary

Barnes Roffe in Leytonstone is seeking a Marketing Executive to support targeted marketing, business development and client engagement from the Leytonstone office. You will manage CRM, deliver campaigns, coordinate events and engage prospects, working with Partners and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing within professional services or similarly relationship driven environments.
• Practical CRM experience for segmentation, campaign tracking and reporting.
• Experience planning and delivering events from small briefs to larger gatherings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills capable of running multiple campaigns and events.
• A creative, commercially aware approach with good market understanding.
• Comfortable working with data and traveling between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring prospect and client data is accurate and up to date.
• Build prospect segmentation and targeted lists to support campaign and business development.
• Create multi-channel campaign plans, implement, measure and report on results.
• Monitor and manage Partners' shadow portfolios of prospect activity and follow-ups.
• Prioritise target accounts with Partners in line with the Marketing strategy.
• Act as the daily link between Partners and prospects for client engagement.
• Plan and deliver events, including networking, breakfasts, hospitality and webinars.
• Run prospect outreach campaigns and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate and support the proposal process with Partners and fee-earners.
• Bring creative flair and strong market understanding to campaigns and events.
