Job summary

Dains Accountants & Advisers is seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to support targeted marketing, business development and client engagement in our Dartford office, helping to drive pipeline growth and strengthen relationships across the firm.

This role combines CRM management, campaign delivery, event coordination and prospect engagement, working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable results while delivering an excellent experience for

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in marketing within professional services or a relationship-driven environment.
• Proven CRM experience with segmentation, campaigns, tracking and reporting.
• Experience planning and delivering events from small briefings to larger hospitality or digital events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to liaise with Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of running multiple campaigns and events.
• Creative, market-aware with good commercial sense.
• Comfortable working with data and travel between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate prospect and client data.
• Build segmentation and targeted lists to support campaigns and BD activity.
• Create multi-channel campaign plans, implement, measure and report results.
• Coordinate content for thought leadership, case studies and client success stories.
• Monitor Partners' shadow portfolios and flag follow-up actions.
• Prioritise target accounts with Partners in line with Marketing strategy.
• Act as the daily link between Partners and prospects for engagement.
• Plan and deliver events including networking, breakfast briefings and webinars.
• Run prospect outreach campaigns with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate the proposal process with Partners and fee-earners to produce submissions.
• Bring creative flair and market understanding to campaigns and events.
