Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Scotland North operations. You will guide Home Managers to deliver top-tier care, drive occupancy, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple homes while building strong local authority relationships.

The role requires extensive leadership within the care sector, robust analytical and budgeting skills, and a driving licence for travel across locations. NMC RN background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive management experience within the care home sector.
• Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills.
• Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach.
• NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple locations.
• NMC Registered Nurse background.
