We Buy Any Car in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Retail Manager to lead and motivate a network of branch managers, optimise regional sales, and drive superior customer service across the region.

You will coordinate daily operations, participate in calls, conduct regular one-to-ones, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The perfect candidate is highly organised, with people leadership and excellent communication skills.

Job: Regional Retail Manager (Regional Sales Executive)

Salary: Up to £37,500 basic depending on performance | Year one OTE £70,000

Bonus: Fantastic bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Retail Manager with WBAC you will optimise regional purchase objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees within the area; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.

You will:
