Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead management teams across Scotland North. Aberdeen region coverage, 40 hours per week, with a salary £75,000–£80,000 plus a £9,800.73 car allowance.

You will drive occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance and build strong local authority relationships. We value Investors in People Gold status, not-for-profit culture, and a focus on staff development, with award-winning recognition in care quality and training.

Qualifications

• Extensive management experience within the care home sector.
• Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills.
• Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach.
• NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable.
• Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations.
• NMC Registered Nurse background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high quality care across your region.
• Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels.
• Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation and performance.
• Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively.
