Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a General Maintenance Technician (Electrical Level 3 with 18th Edition) to cover a regional area across Cheshire. The role is Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with no weekend work and no emergency call-outs.

You will be supplied with a company van and stock, and must live within your allocated region, preferably near Warrington (WA1/WA2/WA7). You will perform electrical/reactive repairs, general maintenance across multiple retail stores,

Qualifications

CSCS card required.
Level 3 Electrical qualification with 18th Edition.
Experience with carpentry, cabinet repairs, lock fitting, minor electrical repairs and replacements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Visit retail properties to carry out repairs and general maintenance.
Carry out basic electrical work including emergency lighting testing and replacement.
Carry out carpentry tasks such as changing locks, handles and doors.
Perform painting and decorating tasks.
Carry out plumbing maintenance including taps and cisterns.
Update the reporting portal with accurate job details and photos.
Report major works requiring quotations to the Project Team.
