Job summary

The Multi-Site Technician role at MostonRECRUIT involves hands-on maintenance across a portfolio of retail sites in the Greater London region. You will perform planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and general building tasks to keep sites safe, compliant and fully operational.

The role requires 18th Edition and Level 3 electrical qualifications, plus experience in multi-skilled maintenance, a full UK driving licence and the ability to work at height. Permanent, 42.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition (C&G 2382) and Level 3 electrical qualification required.
• Experience in electrical or multi-skilled maintenance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building faults.
• Maintain pumps, fans, compressors, bakery and catering equipment.
• Support HVAC, fire, security, lighting and water systems.
• Complete PPM and remedial works in line with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with health & safety requirements.

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Site Technician to join our team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of retail sites.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering electrical, mechanical and general building maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.


• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building faults.


• Maintain equipment including pumps, fans, compressors, bakery and catering equipment.


• Support HVAC, fire, security, lighting and water systems.


• Complete PPM and remedial works in line with agreed SLAs.


• Maintain accurate records and comply with health & safety requirements.

About You

You'll be a reliable, practical and customer-focused technician with:

• 18th Edition (C&G 2382).


• Level 3 Electrical qualification (C&G 2330/2365 or equivalent).


• Previous electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Ability to work at height.

Desirable: C&G 2391, electrical certification experience, plumbing, building maintenance and mechanical experience.
