Are you a proactive maintenance professional looking for your nextregional role? We’re working on behalf of a well-establishedorganisation to find a talented Regional Maintenance Manager who willplay a key role in keeping multiple sites safe, compliant, and fullyoperational.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for site teams,remotely managing maintenance queries and technical issues.
• Taking ownership of all aspects of property maintenance,including electrical, mechanical, and fabric works.
• Prioritising the functionality and compliance of life safetysystems, such as fire alarms and smoke ventilation.
• Conducting occasional site visits when more complexchallenges arise.
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers,ensuring high-quality, timely service and addressing any performanceconcerns.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing buildingmaintenance across multiple, complex sites.
• Strong technicalknowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance.
• Expertisein fire alarm and life safety systems, including current compliancestandards and legislation.
• Ability to assess and specifyrepairs accurately.
• A solid understanding of Health andSafety regulations and best practice.
