Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive repairs to buildings, grounds and services.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high standards of maintenance.
• Supervise boiler checks, temperature controls and safety checks.
• Adhere to purchasing procedures and control maintenance costs.
• Record-keeping for maintenance activities and instructions.
