Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join the Legal Disrepair Team. You will manage your own litigation files, work within housing and contract law, and draft court documents and witness statements.

Based near Warrington with a regional travel requirement, the role offers a permanent contract, a 35-hour week and a salary of £39,000–£41,000 plus a competitive benefits package including pension, healthcare and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience of litigation, claimant or defendant litigator.
• Excellent drafting skills on court documents, injunctions and witness statements.
• Ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own caseload and progression of cases in Housing Law, Contract Law and enforcement.
• Maintain high-quality drafting of court documents and statements and ensure compliance with deadlines.
