Job summary

Your Housing Group in the Northwest is seeking a Paralegal to join the Legal Disrepair Team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage your own litigation caseload, handling Housing and Contract Law matters with strong drafting of court documents and witness statements.

Applicants should have litigation experience (claimant or defendant), a qualification such as CILEX/LPC or degree, and the ability to prioritise deadlines. Roles are based at our Warrington HQ with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of litigation, whether as claimant or defendant litigator.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent drafting skills on Court documents / Injunctions / witness statements.
• Qualified in CILEX/LPC or possess a degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own case load and progression within the Disrepair team.
• Apply knowledge of Housing Law, Contract Law and litigation enforcement.
• Draft Court documents, injunctive orders and witness statements with accuracy.
• Contribute to a dynamic, supportive team and meet deadlines.
