Job summary

Service Care Legal are working with a London-based housing association to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to support its legal team with housing management and landlord and tenant litigation.

Role is Housing Litigation Paralegal in London, 3 months, 35 hours per week, in-office pattern. Experience with possession claims, injunctions and housing disrepair is preferred; law degree or equivalent qualification required, with strong drafting and case management skills.

RATE

£22.97ph umbrella / £20.33ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £18.14ph PAYE exc. holiday pay

CONTRACT

3 months with possibility of extension, 35 hours per week

WORKING PATTERN

5 days in office initially, reducing to 4 days after 3 weeks and 3 days after 12 weeks.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience supporting possession claims, injunctions, ASB and housing disrepair matters.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Pre-action casework or housing litigation experience desirable, ideally within a housing association, local authority or legal practice.
• Strong drafting, communication and case management skills.
