Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting an Area Registered Manager to oversee five new supported living services specialising in complex care across Liverpool and Cheshire West.

You will lead regional operations, ensure CQC compliance, and develop confident management teams. The role requires extensive multi-site leadership in adult social care, budgeting, risk management and safeguarding, with a strong focus on person-centred, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
• Significant management experience in supported living services or adult social care.
• Experience overseeing multiple services and locations.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and establishment of five new supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
• Oversee operational performance, quality and compliance across multiple services.
• Undertake CQC registration responsibilities as required.
• Ensure services meet safeguarding, health and safety requirements.
• Coach and develop Service Managers and Cluster Managers.
• Lead audits, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels and resources.
• Build partnerships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
