Atos is seeking a senior architect to lead the design and optimization of production‑grade agentic solutions across regional deployments in the UK, ensuring scalability, safety and performance.

You will translate business needs into robust architectures, guide teams from consumer-grade to production‑ready designs, and collaborate with governance and platform teams to maintain security standards.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems or platform architecture).
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI‑driven systems.
• Ability to balance innovation with control in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
• Guide teams from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design.
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic and system interactions.
• Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance and security standards.
