WSP Land is seeking a talented Land Consultant or Delivery Manager at Associate Director level to provide regional leadership across Manchester and Leeds.

This role supports the delivery of land referencing, landowner engagement, consultation management, land access, formal consents, compensation agreements and land acquisition for strategic infrastructure development projects across the North of England, UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geography, Agriculture, Land and Estate Management or similar.
• Experience in delivering land services for infrastructure projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of land rights processes and stakeholder engagement best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead region-wide delivery of WSP Land services across Manchester and Leeds.
• Manage bids and client engagement to win new projects.
• Oversee regional resource strategy, staffing and succession planning.
• Provide technical direction on land projects including land referencing, consents and compensation agreements.
• Promote quality assurance, data protection and HS&W across teams.
