Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate Director for its Land team to lead delivery of complex land services across the UK and Ireland. You will drive land identification, access, acquisition and consents, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and senior clients to secure successful outcomes.

The role demands strategic advisory capabilities, strong negotiation and risk management, and a track record of growing land-related opportunities while maintaining high QA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in delivering land services including identification, access and acquisition.
• Extensive experience with land consents, consultation processes and landowner engagement.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams across sectors and locations.
• Strong ability to mitigate land risk and provide strategic guidance throughout projects.
• Excellent client management with ability to secure repeat business and grow services.
