Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to join their team in the Cambridge region. This hybrid role involves home-based work with regular travel to services in Cambridge, Newmarket, Peterborough, and Bedfordshire/Shropshire.

You will design and deliver training for staff in children's residential settings, supporting onboarding and ongoing development while maintaining compliance. The role requires travel approximately 50% of the time across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Children's Residential Services.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and legislation understanding.
• Experience delivering training and staff development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes.
• Onboard and develop staff.
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual sessions.
• Maintain training records and compliance.
• Update materials with changes in legislation.
• Act as SME in designated areas.
