A leading care home group is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple locations in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will align HR strategies with organizational goals, manage employee relations, and foster a culture of engagement and development within the team.
Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Home based - with frequent travel to Hertfordshire + Oxfordshire (4 locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Important to note: This is a Regional role - travel to each location is expected each week, with work in-between at home/offsite!
Signet resources are working exclusively with a care home group with locations all over the UK, seeking an HR Business Partner supporting 4 care homes in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. Currently supporting 3 locations, with a 4th opening towards the end of 2025. They are a people-first organisation, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents across the UK. You will handle the full HRBP remit, from ER to wellbeing initiatives!
