Job summary

DP World Logistics seeks an experienced HSEQ Lead - North (Contract Logistics) to deploy, verify and implement health, safety, environment and quality standards across multiple sites. You will monitor KPIs, lead investigations, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO certifications and DP World requirements.

Travel 30–50% across the region, mentor site HSEQ teams and collaborate with operations and leadership to embed a best-in-class safety culture and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HSEQ strategy across multiple sites in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing.
• Proven track record implementing management systems and maintaining certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and verification of HSEQ standards across sites.
• Drive proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide expert HSEQ guidance for existing operations and new sites.
• Monitor HSEQ KPIs, audits, incidents and trends to reduce risk.
• Oversee IMS and ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
• Lead investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Travel 30–50% across the region to support sites.
