Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead safety strategy across distribution centres and transport locations. You will drive a proactive safety culture, provide expert guidance to site leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across warehousing and fleet operations.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate, with NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH membership desirable, and proven multi-site logistics safety experience.

Qualifications

NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
NEBOSH Diploma / equivalent (desirable).
Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH/GradIOSH or above desirable).
Experience managing multi-site logistics operations with strong leadership.
Excellent communication and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead health and safety strategy across distribution centres and transport sites.
Promote a proactive safety-first culture across operations.
Provide health and safety advice to site leadership and managers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and logistics regulations.
Identify risks in warehousing, yard operations, vehicle movements and transport.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
Monitor safety metrics and report to senior leadership.
