Job summary

DP World Logistics is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead - North (Contract Logistics) to deploy and verify regional, global and group HSEQ standards across multiple sites. You will monitor KPIs, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and environmental performance.

Working closely with site and cluster leadership, you will embed best-in-class HSEQ practices, oversee management systems including ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001, and mentor regional HSEQ teams while

Qualifications

• Professional HSEQ/Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma / CIOSH)
• Demonstrable experience delivering HSEQ strategy across multiple sites
• Experience leading HSEQ teams and influencing stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, ISO standards and certification processes

Responsibilities

• Deploy and verify DP World HSEQ standards across multiple sites
• Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide HSEQ guidance for existing operations and new site launches
• Monitor HSEQ KPIs, audits, incidents and trends, identify risk reductions
• Lead and support incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee Integrated Management Systems and maintenance of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, customer and DP World requirements
• Support environmental and sustainability objectives and carbon reduction efforts
• Mentor and develop site-level HSEQ teams across the cluster
• Collaborate with operations, customers and stakeholders to deliver improvements
• Provide training and coaching to embed HSEQ standards across the cluster
