Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE professional to manage and monitor HSE arrangements across a regional portfolio of sites and projects in the UK. You will provide guidance on UK HSE legislation and CDM 2015, conduct inspections, audits and investigations, and support project teams to identify and control risks.

You will lead incident investigations, share lessons learned, engage with contractors and senior teams, and drive continuous HSE improvements across the region with a car allowance

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE across multiple sites or projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM 2015.
• Proven ability to conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor HSE arrangements across a regional portfolio of sites and projects.
• Provide advice on UK HSE legislation, CDM 2015 where applicable, risk assessments, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Undertake site visits, inspections and audits, following up on findings and improvement actions.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis, ensuring lessons learned are shared.
• Work with contractors and subcontractors to monitor performance and maintain appropriate HSE standards.
• Support project teams through construction and other relevant delivery phases, helping identify and control risks.
• Monitor HSE data, prepare performance updates and identify areas requiring further attention.
• Promote engagement, effective communication and continuous improvement across the region.
