Rotork is seeking a Regional Head of Health, Safety & Environmental for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will lead HSE governance, risk management and continuous improvement across the region, partnering with senior leaders to embed safety and ISO standards in planning and operations.

The role requires experience in high-hazard industries, incident investigations and implementing ISO 45001/14001, with up to 30% travel across EMEA. The position supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational/field-service leadership within high-hazard industries.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, process safety and critical risk management.
• Ground-up HSE experience with relevant courses or degrees.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the EMEA region.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive HSE performance.
• Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques.
• Developing and implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
