Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a Regional HSE Advisor to join a leading developer delivering residential properties across the South-west region. You will monitor HSE processes, manage site safety and drive continuous improvement across a portfolio of sites.

You will report into the Group Safety, Health & Environmental Manager and deliver bespoke training, with NEBOSH Construction qualification as essential and strong construction experience. A competitive package is on offer.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction qualification is essential.
• Safety & Health Diploma (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ) is preferable.
• Experience in Construction projects is essential.
• Experience in Housebuilding is preferable.

• Ensuring site-based management are focused on delivering a safe and healthy working environment.
• Advising sites on Project-specific health, safety and environment issues.
• Working proactively to identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement.

• A confident communicator able to manage up as well as down.
• Delivering an array of bespoke training.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Regional HSE Advisor to join a leading developer, delivering an array of residential properties across the South-west region. You will be very strong operationally as and able to build relationships whilst managing sub-contractors and their safety output. Due to the nature of the projects, Construction/Housebuilding experience is essential.

Reporting into the Group Safety, Health & Environmental Manager you will be:

• Ensuring site-based management are focused on delivering a safe and healthy working environment.
• Advising sites on Project-specific health, safety and environment issues.

You will be an experienced, confident professional with a passion for Health & Safety, plus an ability to work with people to improve performance. You will also be:
