Job summary

We Are Adam is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner for the North West region. You will partner with cluster leaders and managers, translating and embedding the HR plan across your area and promoting a positive, open culture.

You will guide employment relations, upskill leaders, and address capability gaps while maintaining strong ties with regional teams. A regional travel pattern (2–3 days) is required and a home location in the North West / Yorkshire / Midlands area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HRBP with a bias to Employee Relations and coaching managers.
• Knowledge of talent and succession planning would be advantageous.
• Ability to work at pace with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed HR plans for the region and support ER activity for leaders.
• Update leaders on legislative changes and apply employment law pragmatically.
• Support talent and succession planning, and address skills gaps across teams.
• Travel across the region (2–3 days on the road) and build an open, collaborative culture.
