Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health at campus sites. You will partner with field leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, and lead engagement and recognition programs to strengthen the employee experience through data-driven decision making.

This onsite role requires mobility across locations and a hands-on approach to transformation, safety, and culture aligned with Amazon's leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
• Experience in HR within international, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups and multi-site operations.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor engagement strategies and recognition programs with budgeting.
• Build an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices.
• Maintain floor presence across sites, gathering insights to detect disengagement.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
• Lead change with site leaders, coaching on people management and employee relations.
