Qualifications

• Experience providing practical HR advice and guidance across a broad range of people matters.
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence supporting complex cases.
• The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience contributing to HR projects, people initiatives or process improvements.
• Experience supporting or developing junior HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic, people-focused advice across a range of HR matters.
• Supporting and advising on employee relations cases, including case management, recommendations and appropriate outcomes.
• Delivering regional people initiatives and operational HR plans aligned with wider business objectives.
• Leading and contributing to projects, identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement, experience and HR processes.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices and levels of the organisation.
• Line managing, coaching and developing a Trainee HR Advisor, supporting their ongoing learning and professional development.
• Working with regional leadership teams to understand local people priorities and challenges while maintaining consistency across HR practices.
• Using HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and develop effective people solutions.
