• Experience leading HR in multi-jurisdiction manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK and continental European employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees across UK and continental Europe.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local legislation and collective agreements where applicable.
• Maintain and update HR data in HCM SAGE/Rail People and produce reports and analytics.
• Support managers on performance issues with data-driven action plans.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disputes and investigations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment focusing on direct hiring to reduce agency reliance.
• Develop and implement recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.
