Bosch is offering a 12-month HRR Intern role based at the Denham office, joining the Regional Human Resources team. You will gain exposure to HR governance, compensation, benefits, data analytics, policy management and regional HR projects.

The internship includes the BUILD Programme with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions. The role supports governance, prepares HR reports and dashboards, and requires strong written English, data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Competenze

• Strong written English with the ability to draft professional documentation, policies, and communications.
• Confident verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Support regional HR projects relating to governance, benefits, data, and policy topics.
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and communications.
• Produce and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation, ensuring a high standard of data quality.
• Support employee benefits administration and related communications activities.
