Job summary

Bosch is offering a 12-month HR administration internship based at the Denham office in the UK. You will support data quality, reporting, payroll-related tasks and process compliance while learning through Bosch's BUILD Programme.

The role requires an undergraduate degree focus (HR preferred) and strong English communication. Applicants should have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the placement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (ideally HR).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR admin support and maintain employee records.
• Update HR systems for lifecycle events (starters, leavers, changes).
• Coordinate with HR Services in Budapest on transactions and requests.
• Prepare monthly payroll related information and reports.
• Generate HR documentation in line with processes and compliance.
• Produce reports from SAP and other HR systems for analysis.
