As a Regional HR Business Partner you will partner with leaders across GB, Ireland, Sweden, Finland and Denmark on workforce and succession planning, to support the engagement and development of our people – no two days will be the same. You will be a trusted advisor to your responsible business areas, shaping strategic initiatives, and fostering global partnerships to drive our organisational success.

What does the role involve?

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Partnering with regional leaders to align their regional people strategies with the goals of those business areas, through strategic workforce planning
  • Providing expert counsel on organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Working collaboratively with HR Hub Leads and country HR Directors to deliver effective people strategies to your areas of responsibility
  • Leveraging the Hilti People Review and strategic succession planning to support talent management within your areas of responsibility
  • Ensure Diversity, Equity, Inclusion is embedded within your areas of responsibility
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure we hire top talent for your areas of responsibility

It involves partnering with regional leaders, executing talent strategies, supporting employee engagement, and utilizing data analytics for strategic planning, all within a diverse and inclusive environment.

What you need is:

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle
  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • MCIPD qualification and ongoing professional development
  • Strong business acumen and strategic alignment skills
  • Experience in a global HR environment and understanding of international HR practices
  • Experience in a sales-oriented organization
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and build trust with partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Results-oriented, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed organization
