As a Regional HR Business Partner you will partner with leaders across GB, Ireland, Sweden, Finland and Denmark on workforce and succession planning, to support the engagement and development of our people – no two days will be the same. What does the role involve?

• Strategic Workforce Planning: Partnering with regional leaders to align their regional people strategies with the goals of those business areas, through strategic workforce planning
• Providing expert counsel on organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning
• Working collaboratively with HR Hub Leads and country HR Directors to deliver effective people strategies to your areas of responsibility
• Leveraging the Hilti People Review and strategic succession planning to support talent management within your areas of responsibility
• Ensure Diversity, Equity, Inclusion is embedded within your areas of responsibility
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure we hire top talent for your areas of responsibility

It involves partnering with regional leaders, executing talent strategies, supporting employee engagement, and utilizing data analytics for strategic planning, all within a diverse and inclusive environment.
