Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their operations in Bristol, North Somerset, South Wales, and Devon. This hybrid role involves advising management on HR matters, handling Employee Relations, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and a CIPD level 5 qualification, with the opportunity to grow in a company dedicated to community care.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Services in Bristol, North Somerset , South Wales & Devon.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to the services you support and some home working. You will have use of a desk and office facilities at one of our local services.
About the role
As the HR Business Partner you will be working closely alongside other members of our HR Team on a range of day-to-day general HR issues and HR related projects. Key activities will include:

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, conscientious, proactive, with the ability to work with integrity. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar roleand a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent. An understanding of HR processes and an up-to-date, working knowledge of current UK employment law is also required. Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector is desired but not essential.
You must have a car available for business use and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.
