Job summary

Homes England invites an Assistant Director - Regional to join our team in Leeds or Newcastle. You will drive housing growth, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and shape delivery models with partners to unlock land and investment across our regional footprint.

You will manage senior stakeholders, design strategies for development, and ensure alignment of public and private interests in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment. Travel to sites will be required.
